Victoria’s 25th JazzFest International brings exciting line-up to Hermann’s

Victoria’s 25th annual JazzFest International is just around the corner. Over the past quarter century, the Victoria Jazz Society has brought many high-caliber musicians to perform in our city, and this year ‘s festival line-up shows no signs of departing from this tradition.
Performing artists include the Chucho Valdes Quintet, King Sunny Ade and his African Beats, the Derek Trucks Band, the Luis Mario Ochoa Quintet featirng Hilario Duran, Al Di Meola, Hiromi’s Sonicbloom, Ryan Shaw, Nikki Yanofsky, and many more hailing from both close to home and far away.
CFUV and the Victoria Jazz Society invite you to attend the JazzFest series of concerts taking place at Hermann’s Jazz Club (753 View Street) from Friday June 26th to Saturday July 4th. Hermann’s is Victoria’s only dedicated jazz club;Â in operation since 1986, it’s still going strong. This intimate venue is licensed as a restaurant and welcomes all ages.
