Federal Debates – Special Broadcast – Wed Oct 7 1:30PM

Tune in on Wednesday October 7th from 1:30-4:00pm for a live broadcast of debates for the Victoria and Saanich-Gulf Islands electoral districts, or attend the event in person.

On October 7th, come to Vertigo from 11:30am-1:00pm and meet the candidates at the UVSS’s All Candidate’s Fair for the upcoming Canadian Federal Election!

The UVSS has invited all of the south island candidates from the four parties to the All Candidates Fair. The Conservatives have declined to attend, but all other candidates have confirmed and are giving you a chance to meet them face-to-face!

Then, directly following the All Candidate’s Fair, the UVSS is hosting an in-house debate for the Victoria and Saanich-Gulf Electoral Districts!

The debates times are:

1:30p,-2:30pm – Victoria: Murray Rankin (NDP) Jo-ann Roberts (Green) 

3:00pm-4:00pm – Saanich-Gulf Islands: Alicia Cormier (NDP) Tim Kane (Liberal) Eliza
