Audio Production Manager
Description:
The CFUV Audio Production Manager is a part-time position. The successful candidate will be responsible for the audio production work of CFUV which will includes radio drama, advertisements and podcasts.
Qualifications:
- Experience with audio production software (i.e. Adobe Audition)
- Experience with broadcast software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Able to take direction and meet strict deadlines
Duties:
Accountable to the Program Director, the Audio Production Manager would also work in close consultation with the other CFUV staff to ensure completion of audio production projects at CFUV. Specific duties may include:
- Audio production of radio dramas
- Script, voice and produce radio advertisements
- Podcasting of CFUV radio programs
- Scheduling of radio advertisements
- Other duties as required
Term of Employment: $11.00 per hour, 200 hours total. Must be available during regular business hours, some weekend and evening work. The position runs from December 7th, 2015 to April 30, 2016. A criminal record review is required immediately upon hiring, at the employee’s expense, but upon a successful review the employee will be compensated for the criminal record review fee.
