CFUV Walks a Mile in Her Shoes!

Some of the Male Staff and Volunteers at CFUV now have a NEW appreciation for walking in high heels!
This past Saturday CFUV Staff and Volunteers participated in Walk a Mile in Her Shoes, a fundraiser for the Victoria Women’s Sexual Assault Centre. Â The fundraiser had men from all over Victoria strapping on High Heels and marching for 1 mile!
The event was very fun, and the people of Victoria showed their generosity raising over $36,000! Â Plus, an anonymous (and very generous) couple offered to MATCH ALL DONATIONS! Â That’s over $72,000 raised, and CFUV felt great about contributing over $1,000!
