Moisés Kaufman’s internationally acclaimed drama, The Laramie Project, directed by Roger Carr, runs from Wednesday, January 12th to Saturday, January 29th, 2011 at the Langham Court Theatre. Opening Night is Thursday, January 13th. The Laramie Project was inspired by the tragic assault and eventual murder of Matthew Shepard by two young men in Laramie, Wyoming in 1998. The Laramie Project is a powerful, emotional and fundamentally uplifting portrayal of members of a community questioning their ingrained values and hoping for a better world.
