Formed in the summer of 2009, jazz quartet NOA features the compositions of Dutch performer and composer Norbert Kögging. Their sound is filled with rhythmic energy, combined with warm and sometimes intimate vocals. NOA is coming to Herman’s Jazz Club on Thursday March 24th.
