This Valentines Day – Saturday, February 14th – join The Tequila Mockingbird Orchestra, Something Better, Dano Stern Project, and DJ Speedy Shoes as they play an upbeat mix of danceable music including funk, ska, reggae, pop, and folk at “Cupid’s Arrow: A Valentine’s Day social and dance benefitting the Victoria Sexual Assault Centre and 24 hour crisis hotline”.
“Cupid’s Arrow” is intended to be a fun, Valentines Day Dance and Social Awareness night. All proceeds from the event, including door, alcohol, raffle, and coat check profits will be going to the centre. It is our goal to raise at least $3000 (Or the aprox cost of operations for 1 month) for V.M.S.A.C. Pick up your tickets at Lyle’s Place.
