CFUV goes TOP 40

Since no one really cares about underground music, alternative perspectives, or local content anymore… CFUV is going Top 40. All hits all the time! The switch starts with a full length presentation of Much Dance 2012 after Jimmy Twilight’s Lonesome Lounge.
Then for the rest of the night we’ve got all your favourites… Biebs, Nicki Minaj, Gaga, Brittney, Xtina, LMFAO, Skrillex, Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Katy Perry and all the rest.

Say it isn’t so! CFUV is the station that I turn to on a regular basis to get away from all that top 40 rubbish. It’s also one of the reasons why I donate to Fun Drive and have done for the last several years. All I hope is that this new direction doesn’t take away any of the shows that are currently in good time slots.
