New Shows

We love new radio shows! Celebrate some of our great new programs and awesome volunteers by listening to the fruits of their labour.

Country and roots music can now be heard on Monday nights from 8:00-9:00pm during The Border.

Things get loud during Low Self-Esteem Ukulele Music every Tuesday night from 9:00-10:30pm. What’s up?

Hear UVic’s international student community on Diversity Speaks bi-weekly on Friday from 11:00am-Noon.

Particles & Waves brings good tunes and good vibes to your Saturday afternoons from 2:30-4:00pm.

Passport Radio joins our Thursday night line-up from 8:00-9:00pm with a modern mix of music.

The Cantonese Newsroom brings you music and updates from Hong Kong on Sunday mornings from 9:00-10:00am.

Twelve Canadians is a syndicated program about Canadians who stand out from the crowd. Listen in on Mondays from 1:00-1:30pm.

New Timeslots

Things are always moving around here at CFUV. Learn where you can find your favourite shows in fancy new times and don’t forget that they can all be streamed from our website as well.

Loud Fast and Out of Control brings you rock-a-billy in a new two hour format on Wednesday mornings from 6:00-8:00am.

Women on Air moves to Tuesday afternoons 4:00-5:00pm with continued coverage of women’s issues, social justice and lots more, presented by CFUV’s Women’s Collective.

Eva Jane (2:00-3:30pm) and Zada on Sounds in Flux (3:30-5:00pm) mix up some groovy beats on Monday afternoons.

Body Without Organs now delivers great music and fun facts on Wednesday from 5:00-6:00pm.

New installments of Tone Float can now be heard on Tuesday from 8:00-9:00pm

For the Love of Ruins returns to Sunday evenings from 6:00-7:00pm.
