The Victoria Conservatory of Music’s (VCM’s) 29th Annual Mother’s Day Garden Tour is coming up on May 7 and 8. The Mother’s Day Garden Tour is the longest-running such tour in Victoria and is the most significant annual fundraising event for the VCM.
