2015 FilmCAN is open for entries!

The 2015 FilmCAN is open for entries! The Victoria Film Festival is calling all local, aspiring middle and high school filmmakers from around the island (and surrounding islands!) to submit their films!

This film competition encourages young students to create films from 2-5 minutes in length since 2010. The winners will have their films screen at the 2015 Victoria Film Festival taking place February 6-15th, 2015 and receive other fantastic prizes!

To submit an entry, the entrants must currently attend school on the Island or surrounding islands and submit their film into one of two age categories (junior, grade 8 and under, and senior, grades 9-12). The videos must be 2-5 minutes in length and must be uploaded to the FilmCAN Vimeo by 11:59pm (PST) on December 21, 2014.
