Enter Malahat’s Anniversary Writing Contest!
To mark UVic’s fiftieth year, The Malahat Review has launched a writing contest open to alumni, current students, and greater Victoria writers. First, second, and third prizes ($300, $150, and $100) will be awarded in four categories: poetry, fiction, creative nonfiction, and dramatic monologue.
Entries must be mailed by August 15, 2012 (postmark deadline), with winners announced in October. The entry fee is $15. Go to www.malahatreview.ca for the complete guidelines.
