On Thursday, July 26th, Theory and Cloudsounds are proud to present Liminal States featuring visionary producer Michael Red, together with Ryan OrioN and Arktic at Hush Lounge on 1325 Government Street.
Come out for a night of the finest cutting edge bass music!
Then on Friday, July 27th at 7:00 PM, Cloudsounds are incredibly proud to present live AV from ambient mastermind SOUNS, together with the debut of the analog modular synth-powered CIRCLES OF FROZEN LIGHT, With support from ARKTIC. This will be happening at the Fort Street Cafe on 742 Fort St.
SOUNS is an “ambient/etc.” project from Michael Red. The words “ambient/etc.” are used to describe sounds ranging from hyper-minimal tones and pure textures up to soundscapes supported by dub bass-lines and quiet rhythms.
Circles of Frozen Light is a deep space exploration unit performing on a self-built ananalog modular synthesizer.
Arktic are a DJ duo focused on exploring the deeper, rhythmic side of UK Dance Music, and are resident for Cloudsounds electronic nights as well as for the TXTED Sound System. Hosting a weekly show here on CFUV 101.9FM, they spin sets of exclusively vinyl, maintaining the analog format which originally drove the scene.
It’s going to be a night of amazing sounds, visuals, and a killer chill vibe.
