Vancouver Island Artist Fest

The Vancouver Island Artist Fest will be held on August 25th and 26th in Honeymoon Bay, just outside of Cowichan Lake. It’s a festival for artist’s, by artist’s and features live bands, as well as DJ and acoustic acts, dancers, a full vendor market of artists from all over Vancouver Island, walking art/body painting, live painting demo’s, as well as food and beverage vendors, a free kid’s booth and more.

VIAF was debuted in August 2011 in Victoria as a not for profit community event aiming to celebrate all forms of art on Vancouver Island. For this years fundraiser VIAF has teamed up with Surfrider, a west coast based non-profit environmental organization dedicated to the protection and enjoyment of the world’s oceans, waves and beaches for all people, through conservation, activism, research and education.
