Velvet Rut Express Fest! July 25

Velvet Rut Express Fest is a one day non-profit festival that takes place July 25th in Waterwheel park, in the center of Chemainus, BC. This by-donation event features two stages with 13 different acts. The performers are from all different genres and backgrounds. The stages are in an outdoor park.
