Uvic’s 50th Birthday Party – Rooftop Show

In celebration of its 50th anniversary the University of Victoria and CFUV101.9FM are proud to be bringing you an afternoon of fun, food, and fantastic musical performances featuring Kathryn Calder of The New Pornographers, Rugged Uncle, and The Chantrelles. Each of these acts have/include members with strong ties to the University of Victoria as former students. The performances will take place on the roof of the Student Union Building and the event runs from 2:00 to 4:00pm on Friday, September 28th. With only one other rooftop performance in the history of Uvic, having happened in the late 1960’s, this is sure to be a memorable event that you don’t want to miss.
